Hours before midnight New Year’s Eve. After being put to bed by mommy, we heard a noise from my daughter’s doorknob. I walked over to her room to discover her out of her crib at the door. Further discoveries included her humidifier and white noise machine turned off and her overnight diaper on the floor (she had changed into underwear and back into her pajamas). She climbed out of her crib for the first time (we know of) to potty one last time in 2016. Oh boy.
