Mindful Awareness helps you to be witting about your thought pattern. But the transformation process begins only when you redirect your memory blocks, triggering these. thoughts to some other index, (labelling it in a more positive frame) consciously.
Further, when this conscious knowledge becomes part of your subconscious real magic starts .
Like most of the Medium community, I love to write. And I have dreamed of pursuing a freelance writing career ever since I began my career as a professional geologist. Four years later, and I have not yet begun freelancing. Why? Because I am overwhelmed with anxiety when I think about hitting submit…

I become a fan of this article (ever since I read it on Addicted2Success). I knew this would open up a debate as soon as I saw it posted here on medium. Why shouldn’t it? After all, many great men have delineated the benefits of making your bed every morning. The idea is great. I personally found that it might or might not be a good idea.
I read 12 books in 2017. The ideas in them brought me a tremendous amount of new insights and joy. Here they are, including my one…
Is 2017 really almost over? I swear, I blinked and it was gone.

“Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it.” ~Confucius
Being ourselves is about self-confidence and self-respect.
The urge to conform is strongly wired in us,may be as an evolutionary necessity.
We must make peace with ourselves.
We must first decipher ourselves, stop looking at ourselves through the prism of external opinion.
Every Friday, I have lunch at my grandparents’ house. I’ll get a meal enough to feed a family or two even though it’s just me.
I would start with an apple and start flipping through the channels, hoping for something good to be on.
Where many of us fail is we give up before we even start. It’s too hard, takes too much time, it’s too complicated, where do I even start? Begin by showing up, rain or shine and never stop. The challenging part, and the reason change doesn’t happen as often as it should is…
Time is too short to be faking it until you make it. Keep things real with yourself and you’ll be able to keep things real with others.
Sure you need things like passion, focus, consistency, and dedication. But there is nothing like experience.
If you’re thinking I don’t know what I want, and you’ve spent your whole life not really asking yourself what you want and instead done what you think is a good idea then when it comes to building a new vision for your life, you may not fully know what that actually is…
Gary, fun. Like your thoughts, “What matters is acting on your ideas”.
Charlie, great thoughts! “Once you get rolling, momentum will keep you moving”. It has inertia but once it gets going…..Watch Out!
Like you say, “Action creates more Action”.
Rita, what a great message. I love it when you say, “Because the blueprint of fear, worry, uncertainty and doubt all emerge from an innate need to protect status quo and resist change…to preserve our states of calm and order”.
But what if we decide to embrace change instead, and equip ourselves to deal with it?

Shivani, love the these thoughts you shared. “So say “yes” to new stories, live in the moment and walk the path even though you may not know where it leads you”.
I’m glad you asked!! I’d say from personal experience that the will to will our experience gets triggered by curiosity.
It’s easy to get lost in the shallow superficial ideology that hustle alone will bring the desired results. However, if led by one’s curiosity, work doesn’t really feel like work and there’s a much higher…
Nate, what a delightful read! Great stuff. I am still laughing. What if i don’t like steak at all. I am sure you have a great answer for that too!
