Quite a process you have here! I haven’t used Merlin but it has interested me. I have used BitBucket’s pipelines for CI/CD. I have mixed feelings about it. I hope to fully document it soon. As of now, I leverage on Circle CI for CI/CD. I wish Travis CI had that BitBucket support, but you know, you can’t have your cake and eat it😅
