Ombudscycle World and Netherlands police, solving crimes for the victims, instead of letting them report.
This example shows how we can arrange for the victim everything, as a state that takes care of the crimes. Especially because many victims are scared, need support, simply someone else solving it, and need safety. Also, not everyone is capable to do such court trials, themselves. Also, we all must solve crimes, anyway, despite if victims solve them.
We can learn from this case, we can solve it, for the victims. We might want some changes to their system. But we can learn from doing the trials for them. Also, we can improve everything else around it.
In the end, everyone must do the absolute best, not just an opinion, but the scientific laws, the true absolute truth. So, it is a study, where everyone gets better at all variables in the story, including all of these variables together, how they react to each other, in the total story.
Kids have kids' rights, which are human rights, but it has a few more duties for us adults.
“All kids are competent, must intepret correctly, must get their will done, we must help them get their human rights and must help them get what they want. This is duty. Also, we must not interfere, not force, there is right to join, not to force them, we must also, not influence them. They are competent, they are equal, and this has to be interpret correctly (Ruggiero, et al, N.D.).”(Hachmer, 2020, Ombudscycle: The Netherlands is not a good place for kids and families.).
“We are not allowed to punish them, kids need to learn to set straight was is done wrong. Also, the human right duty is to create the best environment, to hear them correctly, not only in courts, the court should not be used, they should be interpreted correctly, thus be heard correctly. What do they say? What does it truly mean? Without faults, without neglecting the input causing this, without bias, and myths. It has to be scientifically correct, and feasible.”(Hachmer, 2020, Suddenly many Dutch “kids” are pointed out as “criminal”, while they hardly are the criminals. It is a fraud-kids are not so criminal at all, carefraud, justice is the criminal accusing and earning with forces and exploitations.).

Crime is a crime, in criminal court, other routes mislead and take us to other routes.
People are used, abused, and dragged into many crimes in the crime scene at work, especially when it is done by workers, in jobs.
That is a huge problem because it is not solved, Dutch shaped a crime scene, as wrong input, wrong processing, wrong environments, create wrong output. Also, wrong examples, low literacy, and no honor code, also a peer world creates crimes. Not understanding all these variables in the science on crime and solving crime, creates crime or let crime exist.
1 m crimes per year by 25 +, 2% by under 25 years old, thus it's not suddenly after 25 all 1 m cases per year. It is even most likely older people, from 45+ as psychopathy then shows clearly, as it is the only DSM getting worse and worse in crimes.

Victims should indeed do nothing but simply get help.
Especially when crimes are done through workers, it must be a system that solves itself. Not a system of complaints, and ways with people around them, they are stuck with, in “power”, abusing them, and abusing power. We must have a focus on absolute freedom, and “an easy out” for victims. Not from the moment, we are victim, according to other people their opinion, nor from the moment there is evidence.
Plus, like the example at the beginning of this article, automatic the state pressing charges to criminals, instead of waiting on the victims able to talk, and able to be free enough to solve. Also, it saves them from having their name and address publicly shown to the criminals. Also, it saves them money and time. So, they can move on, while the case is solved, so no one else lives with the criminals, anymore. Also, so the experts can focus on getting smarter and solving better, and they solve the case, so the victims do not have to be accidentally smart to solve their situation. Criminals seek vulnerable, not per se smart victims that will be able to defend themselves.
We also need to solve criminals behavior better
Not just theories in psychology, not just seeking for the criminals DSM, nor solving with social workers, but true absolutes, scientific laws. This has to be another part, of solving for victims, truly gaining absolutes in science, so the work is done perfectly, and crime rate drops, no one wants to be criminal, also to truly heal the criminals, without violating their human rights, thus without forces, influences, interfering. So, it needs to be puzzled out, and we need to get to “the magic” math formula, of scientific laws. Scientific laws are like science on gravity, they include a math formula, and are absolutely true, also they include a lot of science explaining how the law works. They are found by researching the topic, until the moment they found the absolute, the absolute nature in things, how it functions in nature.
Also, currently, lots of judges further exploit and don't address all files and all in society.
They let crime be, do not solve society, they let it constantly happen, so they get many of the same cases, and then answer with a judgment, but do not solve all past cases and possibly future cases. This also includes many people getting different answers, and not the absolute scientific truth. And people neglecting the judge answers. Also, lots are losing sovereignty by violating human rights. They also do opinions. This all cannot be. We have to be absolutely true, also in court rooms. The goal is no courts, no cases, no problems, and addressing all at once, to the absolute truth.
This needs a lot of work, to stop further exploitation, further earning on all the same cases, and victims, instead of solving for all.
Conclusion:
Firstly, all must be solved “by itself”, we need to find the best system and must study to get to absolutes, so we can create the best system, with absolute truth, where victims do not have to do courts, and cops solve it all.
Two, precisely. It all must be done precisely.
Three not with theories, but absolutes.
This creates a lot of jobs, and work to do. Also, a better society, a more safe and solves society.
We need to get even better than their system.
We need to be better than the example, I showed in the beginning of this article. We are not a copy, we have to understand everything A-Z ourselves.
Plus no violations of human rights, and ethics. We need to understand boundaries of professions (without trying to create laws to push boundaries, it must be also precisely studied what boundaries are, not “should be” the way we wish and change professions in what we need, but truly use what they can, and create new science on what should be needed and what then solves the gaps… )
Also not automatic to therapy and further exploitations, care must be authoritative. Violating these care codes creates criminals in care that create also more care fraud. Also, when one is a criminal, they know they can further exploit the victim, through the workers, that want to earn and have opinions.
We must understand each variable and solve it precisely.
So, if we cannot yet solve, we need more studies until we can. Still, we need to solve criminal routes of care fraud and crime at work, by changing routes, already, so we are sure no one can be used, abused, and so no one will have their human rights violated. Also, so no one uses “other routes”, to go around the truth and true routes, nor skip human rights, ethics, true profession codes, etc.
We need to study first on the best now, to truly solve best, but same time it needs higher studies, as without that we cannot make up what to do.
Higher literacy and constantly higher literacy is going up into solutions and truth. Going down is into more crimes, exploiters, and faults. Constant is no change.
But at the same time, we need the smartest solution for “in-between” the situation now and the future.
Also, we need the entire world to get smarter on this system.
You will find the best answer for all. You will find more absolutes, true scientific laws, not just demands of someone, nor just opinions and ideas, but true truth. Also, with a lot more people, than just our country, when we work worldwide on studying the absolutes so no one can be criminal, etc, then, we grow faster to that point of finding the absolutes, and for all. All people must get there anyway, so it is also a good thing on the market, to get the best income, as it is about who understands this first, and gets this done first, that will earn the first.
It is also fair earning and forever with the ombudscycle, as that never stops.
So, this is also an ombudscycle for the world.
It will solve victims getting lost in the system, further exploited, and further misled, plus further shaping of criminals and it will solve crime scenes, including at work.
It will get all to a higher level, more intelligent, and more friends of victims.
Still, we cannot always prove yet, the victim's case.
I think we need to let that rest, not accuse, the ones not able to prove it. We should study this, to find the absolutes, on also the liers, and the victims not able to prove. We cannot end up with opinions. Thus we need to understand the nature, of how a liar will not get benefits like getting someone to jail, without it being true. But same time, not be criminals ourselves, by falsy accuse the accusers that just don't have evidence. Thus we must have some peace, that nature solves too… We need science on how it does. How do we naturally help all, without being wrong ourselves, and also not create possibilities for liars.
We do need to hear it all, all people say, and still, create a safer world, thus for example, if one lies to be raped, that one cannot yet be helped anyway, we do not need to lose time on that accuser. We can address the fact there is no evidence, and that we work for all women and men against rape, so if it is so, they get help anyway, if it is not so, the true raped are still helped, and the true criminals end up in jail, only. But this will be the expertise of these studies. It needs to be studied, absolutes best ways must be found for this.
Science solves with absolutes, in the end, the goal is making lifesaver with that.
We need to get to logic, the false accuser not winning, the ones that can prove their case, and the in-between, helped with the total science that improves.
Same time, we solve the crime, why they exist? What in society did this? What can we know already? It must be solved. We need to get to the absolutes, that always proves it, truly. Not just a theory, so the more we study the more we solve.
“The workers” in all jobs and society need a lot of attention, as they caused a lot of shaping of crimes.
Firstly, all crimes at work must be gone. Also, they need to get to higher levels, with their own work and absolutes in there, they need to go up in knowledge and ethics, not in forces and crimes.
All must do human rights, at all times, so we can also start with that, while at the same time, solve the victims and the criminals. So, everyone does not shape crimes, accidentally, or in any way.
We also start with kids are competent.
As everyone is born with the human rights, and we must do what they want, and hear them correctly, interpret correctly, absolutely truly, not a bias, our own DSM, our own opinions we put on them, etc. We have to help them get their human rights. They are in the extension of the home with the parents engaged with the kids, and in an adult world, not a peers world, as that creates crime, without interfering, without forcing, there is right to join not force, also without influencing.
We all do must do human rights, and ethics, we do have to promote ethics, as an ethical duty.
No one is owned by anyone.
We need to work on a lot more things, to solve the crime rate. Also, no one is owned by anyone, also, not by a gov, nor country, nor anyone else, and their passport is simply to get the services of human rights if they want them. Also, any type of care must be authoritative.
All need to get the best, but the best is not forced, interfered with, influenced. People must get their own world, authentic, autonomous, growing up from being born totally depending, still competent, into being autonomous, and still competent, even also able to take care of depending when independent and autonomous, as an adult.
We need to understand that human development, and how people are competent and must be helped to get their human rights, and how we can solve all cases for them.
This work can be done with divisions, or a division protecting these rights, in many associations, like human rights.
Where one keeps studying to get all absolutes.
Higher literacy is also a bridge between people (Derue, et al, N.D.), and a way to drop the crime rate. So higher literacy brings a better society on its own too.
Also, the crime rate drops with higher literacy, honor codes, and good examples (Hachmer, 2019, Increasing the honor code to stop crime)..
We can study “the start”, essence (Hachmer, 2020, Essence, the study of the essence we all need in life), Big Humanity (Hachmer,2020, My academic field Big Humanity: Dividing the curriculum into three parts.), OWO divisions (Hachmer, 2020, One World for the Ombudscyles, OWO divisions — First division, and foundation of human rights: Children are competent, thus every person is competent.), loss sovereignty (Suny Levin Institute, 2016), human rights and tribunals, and ombudscycles (Ruggiero, et al, N.D).
- We can get to the understanding of the start of a person, and the start of thinking, development, and studies.
- Grow into thinking and wondering in the best ways, to get better research questions, including without forces, all on their own paces, simply not violating human rights.
- We can get to the essence, the basic all need, also in studying before we start our personal preferences, although we always have preferences and that's also the door to learning, in the curriculum before we work, we can do an essence, academic skills and get into serious academic learning and development, so no one makes mistakes at work.
- So, we can create this free world for kids, and all before work, where they can join, but there is no right to force, they do get all information, but kids grow into knowing who they are, what they want, and all subjects.
- The moment they actually want to work, there is the curriculum, that we need to prove as best, with absolutes. So, we can work on that stage too.
- Then, we can find all world problems and solve them, with our professions, ombudscycles, and tribunals. So we always have our human rights.
- We can create the divisions per human rights article so we keep working on doing them perfectly, at all times.
- Also, we can study big humanity and all sciences, to find the absolutes and translate them to daily life, so we don't make mistakes.
There is a lot more we can do, to create the best and safest and freest world.
