Last week I caught up with some peeps I hadn’t seen for (sadly) decades.

I’ve written a few times about facing up to the reality of who I’ve been and how that’s influenced who I am today.

What amuses me is that no matter how easy I find it to write or talk, I’m absolutely useless at staying connected, even though we live in the most hyper — connected era in human history.

What brings a smile to my face is that no matter how long its been or how far we’ve travelled, we can fall right back into step as if the last twenty years were nothing more than a moment.

I guess that’s what friendship means. Picking up where you left off.

Seamlessly.
