Dutch ombudscycle systems creating a“kids star”, making apartheid between kids and adults in systems, which is violating human rights, its a discrimination, while all kids are competent and equal.

The “kids star” is like a jew star for kids. Using a system to create the “star”. For the Dutch, the stop of the systems like, and the actual system of, OTS UHP “jeugdwet” . The stop of any apartheid. Including the true understanding of human rights, and kids rights, which are the same, but come with the duty of correct interpretation, acceptance, and duty kids are competent, at all times, no force, no influencing, no interfering. This includes finding the absolute truth, about the absolute functioning in nature, and how to be our best selves, naturally, without violating human rights, thus including no force, no influencing, no interfering. Creating the absolute best, the absolute truth, the scientific laws, which will function naturally.

(“Youth law”means, to have a system with local gov with apartheid on their care, so kids get worse care which locals, its profiling, a seconundary world, raised differently, including the worst “no true value” workers, with opinions, it is with propaganda ,and exploitation, worst than beasts on a farm, with collective care, but also worse than when some farms get the worst, compared to others, even animals have a more individual care, than our kids today, since that system, and its meant to locally target kids, also all other laws are violated, they use it to go around the actual routes and laws, so it is local human trafficking and slavery, using care, schools and forces with justice work fiels, like judges and cops, doing laundry, making illegal things “sound” legal, but it still is not. Pretending they are soeverein and the absolute power, thus allowed to do this, it includes fascism and violations of the human rights, thus it loses sovereignty in reality, they twist this truth and brainwash even, it is sect alike, too.

OTS and UHP is what they use to force the care illegally made “sound” as if that is the legal route, but it is not.

It is like illegal adoption, making files sound, but then with a youth law, that allowed illegal adoption, to force the care some locals want, while that is illegal. Thus illegal things made “sound” and sound legal, while it violates all rights, and laws, and is to go around the real routes.

It also, pretends kids have no own rights, as if kids are to be silent, and are slaves. It is slavery, of kids. Also, it is propoganda in care, and a force to change health care, illegally in an illegal systrem, made “sound” as if this is needed, and best. It comes from the government which is an illegal government, lost sovereignty by violating human rights, and is a criminal gov, with many criminal activities, like covid19war, profiling, targeting kids, and families. )

Kids get a secondary world, it is an apartheid, while at the same time, kids rights are totally violated. So, it is even in a world where human rights already exist and simply must be followed, and they, the gov and the local govs and their workers refuse that.

It includes, care fraud, bad workers, criminals at work further exploiting this illegal system, made sound legal.

Their work is also violating all professions codes, and true ethics, sciences, and the scientific duties. It is all against all already ruling. Truly a route to go around all laws already made in the past.

Equality does not mean the right to use kids for crimes, as if that is being equal.

It also, does not mean, sex allowed with kids, nor any other way of exploitation by naming the kids “equal” to get crimes done. Especially X and boom have issues with logical thinking in the Netherlands, were raised to be criminals, thus in their mind they seek all ways to get kids into crimes and all that is bad for them, as if that is being equal, while without the Dutch X and boom, well those criminals among them, which is a very high number, the kids would never come to such thoughts.

Equality between kids and adults, which is already law, and absolute, does not mean the crimes the other generations want from them, or the usage of kids is allowed, as if that would mean being equal.

The crimes done by these criminals, comes from a low literacy, a bad past, bad input, bad criminals that used them and changed their childhood into bad input. It is bandura kids alike, not normal. They were raised unethically. Which is already proven, but it seems hard for them to realize, they were abused, used and in a twisted criminal world, where all people studied them, while they lived it, and named it unethical.

It seems as they are besides the bad input, causing damages, DSM and crimes within them, also hurt by that fact everyone sees them, everyone understands them better than them. Thus they are vulnerable, and then typically further exploited in care, by care criminals.

But when they are without care, they even keep doing crimes. Care always attracts criminals, thus must be made crime free at the same time, we do let them understand the issue, so they do can seek better care, which is always vulnerable for criminals to get into those jobs again, thus this needs ombudscycles for this problem too, so also x and boom are not exploited. The exploitation would cause further damages, DSM and crimes.

All kids speaking up

No one silenced, all kids speaking up:

  • the new kids, not dragged into crimes of past generations, not dragged into the same mistakes past generations had
  • the big kids, but taught to not be criminal, and to be truly free this time, processing the past, and making it a better future for all
  • the developed and actually no kid anymore, but letting their past kid speak up, they way they already were free with kids rights

In the end one voice, kids speaking up.

We need to truly solve all kids, the new kids, need to be free with the best, so they are not damaged. The big kids with issues inside need to be set free, to not be criminals, damagers, nor with DSM either, truly free and truly good people, without forces, without brainwashes, without influences, nor interferences. etc. Thus what we make for kids today, also for them, the best.

Making the same is not being equal, we are unique, authentic, autonomous, that's well being too.

But equality means we have the right, the same rights, then the people become their own best selves. So, it also includes all the absolute best same rights. It means not only you or I can be who we are, we both can. But it does not mean crime is allowed, and we do must be absolutely true on what is a crime and whatnot. It is not a made-up system, with opinions.

Firstly the true kid's rights, which are human rights, plus our duties to kids.

The crimes gone, we have an all-ages world. No crimes should still be in the previous, or any generation. Science shows us the absolutes but is a process we go through to find the absolutes. So, we need to understand the best ways of thinking, and finding the truth.

The scientific method means to find the absolute truth, so we also need to study that system, to keep finding the truth really. Is there better? From there we have a problem if one does not understand academic skills, sciences, human rights, ethics, and the essence of what one should know to know the truth, to be good, to be the best. So, it might be an eclectic study, of the best first. Thus the study of “The start”, first.

How to think? How to start thinking? How to start thinking best? What does science say? How to naturally come to that best? Without forces, without interferences, without influences? While the force will be created naturally, as there is a natural force. And bad input is a bad force, good input a good force, and this creates different outcomes. Thus we need to find the science on the absolute best natural force, to be our best natural selves. Also, while being aware and knowing how to solve, the criminals understanding this process, using this to add bad input, to get bad output.

So, also how we all can change criminals into their best selves, without forces, influences, interferences, but still with the best input they need, and not meant to violate their human rights, of privacy and being left the way they are. But also, not allowed to exploit them, their development, and their possible outcomes.

A natural force, is also like no bad product is allowed on the market, and science seeks only the absolute truth, together it becomes the best products. Natural best, absolute truth, thus the absolute natural functioning in nature, together with the absolute best.

Including solving the past generations and all their issues.

Because criminals are made, coming out of bad environments, and bad input, we need to study their pasts and solve their pasts too. If they had not had those mistakes in their lives, they would not be stealing kids today, and pretending doing that is helping to get their rights, as it is not.

They have typical crimes, lying, brainwashed ideas, brainwashing others, dragging people into crimes, criminal exploitations, dark triad behaviors, also other behaviors typical with crimes and these types of crimes. That comes from typical pasts, input, and environments.

The words we use we learned from others. The actions were shown to them, or a result of what is done to them. etc.

Including no twists allowed, such systems they use are simply not allowed.

Criminals want systems, so their crimes seem legal. Especially when making files “sound” like in illegal adoptions, or naming people as the legal ones to be allowed to arrange these interferences, still it is not.

Illegal adoption is not just in some countries, it's everywhere, also traffickers can move to any country, and influence anyone to do these crimes.

It is around the world. Especially the lies and myths it is not happening while it is, is a trick to not see the things happening.

Human/ Child trafficking is:

  • Transport, transportation.
  • Recruitment, recruitment.
  • Transport from location to location, transfer.
  • Inning, harboring.
  • Or a recipe, for children for different purposes, or receipt of children for
    various purposes. “ (Ruggiero, et al, N.D., lecture 5.7).

Human trafficking happens the most in the same region. It is something locals do, some locals that target, and can be why new people, just moved to a region, do not see it coming, as they came from better regions without this. Also, it can surprise them that the local judges, gov, workers with care, are different and even human trafficking, as other regions do not. And thus it is “a hidden thing”, that can take a while to find out, but logically is happening in the same region, by typical types. So, we can find the sums of why it developed in some regions, and we need to dig deep in the personalities and their DSM, and the local issues, to solve it, and with ombudscycles so it never happens again. Because it can be in any town, any region, we need to have ombudscycles working on this in any town and region and country, so it never starts to happen or is stopped.

Criminals are not healthy, violators of human rights are not healthy, there is a crime spectrum with DSM.

Even low IQ is a DSM. So, chances are big that these lowest study majors that work mainly in this field have DSM, simply already a low IQ, and some problems that caused that they cannot to study at higher study majors. It can be brainwash, being abused, and a lot more other reasons that cause many types of DSM. The type of jobs attracts criminals, and the type with the bad childhoods, BPD with backlashes, dark triad behaviors, thus we can expect many complexes in DSM, too.

The Dutch even have laws against people with DSM deciding for other people's kids. (Ministerie van Justitie, N.D.).

The Dutch even have laws that all cases must be completely true with true evidence, and the truth is only an absolute, as an absolute scientific law. “Duty to do to court cases with honesty and completely — Artikel 21 Rv” (Maxius, N.D.).

All other “truths”, are no truth in science, as it is a theory, as an opinion. Especially just opinions, are not evidence in any way, but also theories are not.

So, not only their DSM should be a reason to reject requests, which needs in any way control on the DSM of workers, and people deciding on who has DSM, as they fraud a lot, which also has causes like, not having the entire curriculum needed before one diagnosis, and for example, Dutch have not good schooling, and many mistakes coming from their forced schooling system, which increases chances to DSM for themselves, and mistakes in diagnosing, so they should not even be allowed to diagnose. With it comes, a lot of the work is based on theories, so we cannot use it as truth, when we decide on other families, also

So, we do have to measure DSM among workers, to stop their requests and to not have kids with people with DSM, and to leave the kids at home with their own parents.

We also have the human rights demanding that.

But also, it is not allowed to check all the parents.

So, we stop accusations, do not use DSM for parents and kids, but we do use it for workers.

There is a different right for parents and children than for workers, especially when they have requested to take someone's kids.

In the end, we need the absolute truth and stop of taking kids from people.

In their own home with their own kids, they would also, only lose kids for crimes done, and then still contact is arranged, when they are in jail.

So, we also need to realize the crimes they did, caused that criminals live better live than normal people with kids.

Criminals get all the visiting and build up a relationship during and after jail, but normal families need to fear someone with a mental illness will gossip through work, a low job, with low IQ and low literacy, and that will deny rights, go around real routes and just steal easily. Then, the kids get the DSM in their homes and thus the bad input.

While we mean, the extension of the home, solving everyone who wants it authoritatively with any care they want.

And no one doing crimes, stealing someone else's kid, nor care fraud, pretending all must use your care work.

They made it, they can be ill, and use anyone, and get money for it, while truth is, workers, cannot be this way when they do are criminals, and we all need to be protected from these people. And families live their own ways, freely, and as long as they do not do crimes. Still, they then have the right to connect with their child and be left alone when they do not do crimes anymore, and the punishment is over, as the punishment would be the way to set the behavior straight. This includes we must study the absolutes on how people stop crimes and do not develop into a criminal, so all are healthy and normal. Includes being unique, authentic is not ill, but wellbeing, and we all have the goal to be autonomous.

Loss of sovereignty

When people violate human rights, they lose sovereignty, anyone does, also countries, judges, just anyone and we then have tribunals to have access to our human rights, right away, and this happens without judges, just any person can solve human rights violations (Levin Institute,
N.D., p58).

You must be completely and truly understood, and your work must be completed, correctly processed, integrated, and cannot be skipped.

Also, all of the story, evidence, laws, truths, etc, must be placed correctly in the complete story

People need to process our work, especially criminals who refuse that, dark triad do not like to go deep, they like to remain shallow and skip the truth, but they must even process all of our work. So, in the end, we could not disagree, as it had to be a process where all our work is processed and integrated and worked with. It cannot be they work, even wrongly and without the right to interfere, and then pretend all our rights are gone, and they can steal what they want and lie about why, and just take all kids, and then skip you as a person and with your work and ideas, and also the kids with their ideas, and then we are slaves of them and their minds. No, they must integrate all we say, so we have also ranking and placing evidence, and truths, and science, etc a lot comes into this, that stops right away the case and all other cases. As it then is clear, human rights cannot be violated, thus cases must be closed and the system stopped, including tribunals as violations are losing sovereignty, etc. And in reality, parents must be left alone with their kids and choices, etc.

You must be completely and truly understood, and your work must be processed, and integrated, and cannot be skipped. Also, all must be placed correctly in the complete story (Ruggiero, et al, N.D., lecture 3.3.).

So, when you add all up, no lies are allowed, no interfering, etc is allowed, violating human rights is the loss of sovereignty, thus all cases must stop already, but also your work stops them, all you found against it, or all your work against it is enough to stop them. And they just continued, as fascists and criminals at work, with DSM.

Ethics duty

Plus, there is the duty to tell everyone to be ethical, so all together we can only end up ethical, and they do not, as they skip us, and all truth, they just want to be criminal, and do not even understand ethics, might never have studied ethics in their curriculum too (Валерия Николаевна Петрова, N.D.).

Health is a right, but not to exploit the idea. Care must be authoritative, without any interference, influencing, nor force.

WHO constitution 1946 started the right to health.
Then, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948, with art 25. 1

“Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health of himself and his
family, including food, clothing, housing, and medical care and necessary services”. (Ruggiero, et al, N.D., lecture 7.5)

It cannot be fraud, care fraud, interfering, other routes to go around true routes and rights, nor taking rights, twisting, discriminating, just starting cases to earn on any case you might win, to gain chances to win court cases, to human traffick, exploit, etc. In any way, we actually are never allowed to have court cases, but if we have the trial must be done correctly, so we always have to doubt any case, and check on the correctness of the trials and cases.

In our Dutch, process law and human rights, the cases must be rejected and put back on the right track.

No one is allowed to put their opinion or will onto others, it is not allowed to downgrade either, or to create a lower standard, everyone must get the best, but without forces, interferences and influences. There is a right to join, not to force. (Ruggiero, et al, N.D., lecture 4.2).

This right is also acknowledged in:

  • General Comments 14 to the CESCR 2000
  • 1961 European Social Charter
  • 1979 Declaration of Alma Ata on primary care
  • 1983 African Charter on human and peoples rights
  • 1993 Declaration on the elimination of violence against women
  • 2006 Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities.

Every child is born with human rights. Duty: These particular steps to let kids define their will.

Their will must be done, and we have a duty to help our kids get their human rights, and this will be done. There are children's rights models to help inform kids about their rights, and how to help them in every step of any product that is about them or for them, especially in a court case. In every step of the model, the kids must be involved, to let them shape their own will. This is a duty and is neglected in every Dutch job, by all justice, judges, gov, social care, care, and school workers, but again its duty. We are never allowed to put our will onto them, we have to use these models to get to their own opinions in any situation (Ruggiero, et al, N.D., lecture 6.4 en 6.5).

In any way, we are not allowed to force them, use them, influence them, etc, and no case should ever happen, thus there should not be even situations with the need to “force “ an opinion with steps, but especially when there are situations for kids they are using a product, it always needs these steps, to shape their own opinions. So, again, the goal is a natural development in their own private world, and to stop all these interferences and cases, still, at all time there is something that is about kids, we must do these steps.

Article 12, kids' right to participate, does not mean the right to force them to participate.

We also, have a duty to help kids to research, find information about their situation, so they can shape their opinions. Age does not matter, all kids have that right, despite level or age (Ruggiero, et al, N.D., lecture 6.3).

This concludes our Dutch workers in all the jobs in these cases, and with all Dutch kids, and also the judges, cops, justice workers, and gov workers, all violate human rights, thus nothing they ever did or do is allowed, and violates human rights, thus loss of sovereignty, and all they do is illegal and punishable.

For example, child trafficking with systems, files made “sound”.

In conclusion, the “kids star”, these systems of apartheid for kids, is illegal.

We have the duty to bring all kids home and to stop these systems, people, and faults.

In the ombudscycle we need:

  • Collection of all cases, all made public, no hidden human trafficking, nor hidden force, if forced, thus violated human rights, it has to be made publicly known why a violation would be allowed, and this must be according to the human rights, an example is, a child is born and is not yet registered, to follow the human rights we must have the child registered to get their rights, thus not to be forced, used, influenced, interfered with, etc, but this is a violation as we do “force” to get a passport, but the usage is for the child to get access to their rights, same as for the mother, thus the child will be registered as the child of their mother. We still must check on all rights, and all the rights count at the same time, and not to violate other rights, as they all count at the same time. Also, it is not something like, sometimes we skip human rights. Or as if the human rights would have gaps, no they close the gaps that seem open. But this action which will be also happening all the time must be publically known, and correct by human rights.
  • so we can change that back to what it should be. It is human rights duty that all is clear before things can ever happen to you, also to never violate the human rights, if you would find a right to violate a human right, which doesn’t exist, but if you do, you need to make it publically known before you ever would. It has to be true no violations. We need all rules on this, and all collections
  • all human rights mentioned to be violated and checking every file on it, because they had to never ask for such violation again, also includes them paying back, people in jail, fired etc. Tribunals on that, and ombudscycles so it never happens again. Plus finding patterns in their crimes, the continuous cases while they knew the answers and aware of their own attempts to violate, human traffick, exploit, create illegal routes, denying rights, interfering, forcing, own benefits, own political ideas, and preferences, etc. Plus it leads to brainwashing, taking freedom, no true development, its abuse, mentally, physically, emotionally, also a charlatan, and care fraud etc, thus the list of crimes it is, and the correct route to punish them,
  • and set all kids free, with the correct route, their own wishes, the way they want, accepting them as competent
  • natural unbrainwash everyone, and setting system straight
  • Everyone their own unique, authentic, and autonomous life, with their own choices, preferences, no interfering, no influencing, no forces, completely lose from anyone trying to own them, also letting them be in the extension of their home, accepted as equal and competent.
  • Stopping this from happening again.
  • Think of how the criminals developed, and finding better punishments, including not anymore allowed in our country, as they are against our own people and our kids. We need to find the absolute best punishments.
  • We need to also think of everyone that did whistleblow and compensate them, and the ones that they took the kids off, to intimidate and do crimes against, to “punish”, to be morbid, cruel, stealing kids with lies, because of their work, or whistleblowing, or other reasons.
  • We need to think of whistleblower income, and how to set the system, that people want to turn in collegeau’s that are criminal, and ways people want the work field clean, and ways that they know how to do that, and will do that.
  • We need to show, how all can read the laws, together, and get the same outcome, and how some workers, and typically in some jobs fraud, twist, try to change the laws with their professions. We need to show we can agree on this, see how they are making illegal ideas legal, and how it is said to solve this, as they lose sovereignty and we right away need to make tribunals to stop the crimes, and in this case get all kids home, right away.
  • We need to show how the criminals at work have caused damages. Also, how they work together, organized. How they chose some countries, some instabilities, some typical things to get their work done, so they wish us dumb, not functioning, to use us. So, we need all the studies against that and help all people be stronger against that.
  • We need to teach everyone human rights as that is a duty, and is the first thing we must do, at all times, and we need to teach the ombudscycle, and show how everyone can work on that, and how they can never be twisted, or abused to make it something else. We need to teach loss of sovereignty and making tribunals too. Also, we need to teach the duties, kids, and families first to protect and help, and precisely how human rights demand, also kids and everyone always accepted as competent, for example, to decide what they want, and to let them live the way they want, etc.
  • We need to show broadly how not using these duties of the children’s rights damages broadly, like in combination with the Covid19war, when kids are also human trafficked. Same time, how it is a sign of war. It is typical in war. So, we need to study where violations come from and show where they come from, and solve that situation, deeply, completely, and forever, so everyone gets their human rights again, and are never threatened again to not have them.
  • We need to work with all countries to do human rights, we need to learn from all ombudscycles, and outcomes they already have. For example in all cases on earth, we can find violations in human rights mentioned, we can use the outcomes, we can check the outcomes, to see if there are mistakes or incomplete ideas in the outcomes. We can force the correct routes, and making everything publically when people want to interfere, and stop interference. We also need to work on absolute human rights, not any other interpretation and working on absolute freedom, making the entire world most sophisticated, also by having databases, collect information, and work on the ombudscycles. Making people also aware, we are not owned by any country, the passport is meant to get access to human rights. We can study beyond everything, detailed and complete, to find the absolutes and total best situation, which will develop to only more of the best. We need to add protection against violations and work towards absolute freedom.
  • We need to work on, all kids get their own access to their files, with the control on all around, that the kids do what they want, thus lessons, making it norm, without forces etc, simply also for the kids the files, but also made clear to all kids can use that. Thus the work on the absolute truth when they
  • We need to work on all laws, all rights, all together, so all know all the rights, not only a few some chose to attack families on. Same time no more attacks, but also all laws understood, and according to human rights, and not denying rights, because one wants to interfere and making it a shallow idea of rights. All the rights free us all, its duty, but also shows the interfering is illegal. So, all people must have all laws insight. Software and robots can help to know all laws, and possible routes and outcomes and help find the best ways, so the child gets what the child wants, still fitting in the extension of the home, and with all their rights, without interferences, forces, and influences etc. Plus a control on hackers etc , so it is not changed by hackers, nor by criminals trying to change the outcomes in other ways, the way fascists then are shown, as they will keep trying in all ways to be fascists. So, we need to be aware of how many criminals will try to change this, and stop them and protect our human rights.
  • We need to work on getting to the details of the suppressors, criminals, fascists trying to change the routes by using judges, with their techniques, on what they have themselves, what all variables are in that story, and get deeper into it, because they suppress, etc and try to get this story away, also our own rights. So, we need to expose the exact story, not just in their ideas of collecting evidence, as they make all “sound”, like in illegal adoption, but the true ways we can dig into what they actually say, what they actually do, what DSM that fits with, what crimes that fit with etc.
  • We need big attention to freedom, no one is owned, and actually creating the best human rights systems for all 250 countries, including who leads must be the best in human rights, plus any detail studied, to know for sure no one violated to get to that job, including how all others can be best too, and how some find being one of the 250 the top and others not.
  • We need real reports, from better psychologists, to show the damage each worker in this system has done. In each job, and together against the Dutch kids and families. We cannot let these Dutch make reports, as the Dutch have many fundamental mistakes in psychology, with bad “professors” from the Netherlands, which are charlatans, not truly correctly A-Z, curriculum and ways they should have been developed. Their cold forced schooling causes damages, so any job coming from that is a brainwash, and loses value and has no true correct value. It is like in science, lost truth, it is a sect, brainwash, and taught wrong, unethical, violated human rights from start. So, we need A-Z correct, in raising, development, no faults, absolute truths we need, then who becomes psychologists the correct ways, in raising, development, sciences, and truly has it the best way in the heart to become such, including no violations of human rights, ethics, sciences, academic skills, SEL, honor code, with good examples, and being a good example, and highest literate on the topic, with the honest placing of what we know, thus no lie the theory is true. This includes finding the absolutes in psychology science, so one is truthful and best and has only truth. Includes also authoritative care, no forces, no influencing, nor interferences. Then, those reports from such have no forces, nor DSM per se, but does report on all crimes done, not forgetting any, explains each variable scientifically correct and best explained, then it is a total story, where everything, every variable can be explained with. So, also all these people, all these kids, all these violators and what they damaged. Thus what the true damage is, per person. Also, uniquely explained, per person. Including what they would have been without them, without these systems, and what this system damaged, and could have damaged. So, we can know how to punish each worker, and user of these systems, and creators of these systems. And set all free, without making it again a “DSM” for the one who is damaged. But we do mention the DSM and all the illness and crimes of the workers, forcers, and anyone working with that system, including the bad psychologists and their teachers, and their environments and the ones using them in that system, and themselves wishing this and criminally exploiting colleagues and others.
