Sure. That would be things like working out together with family or friends. For example, I like to go hiking. I go with my wife and sometimes friends. I’m doing three things, getting exercise, enjoying the peaceful scenery, and spending time with loved ones. Also, when you workout with family or friends you usually do more than if you were alone.
