I had one of those conversations today that restored my faith in people (especially after my rant today).

It was the sort of dialogue that was shorn of pretence, open and trusting and without nuance.

When you have conversations of this nature, you know that you will forom a relationship with that person that goes beyond the short time you may have spent on the phone.

You will seek out opportunities to help them — even go out of the way to do so — because you unhesitatingly know that they would do the same for you.

Yes, it was the sort of conversation that leaves you feeling a little lighter, that even though you are no further than you were before it, you are actually miles ahead.

Here’s to the good people.

About me: Citizen of the World. I love writing, photography, travelling, reading, learning and growing. Medium is another journey in my life, let’s see what sights we may see.
