#365DaysOfWriting — Day 280
Meeting the old gang
What a lovely day! — not Mad Max, me.
I met Superstar806 and the old gang — Shweta, Sumyth, Ruby, Gauri and Gaurav — after ages. We had a great time at Jamjar Diner (I recommend the food there, by the way).
It’s good to see all of them settled in other jobs, especially after our old company shut down. We had a jolly good time, reminiscing about the old days, cracking jokes on each other (I cracked a lot of good ones, actually), and eating a lot of food.
Fortunately, they also had the India-Bangladesh match on in the diner, so I could see a bit of India’s push to victory.
The best part of catching up with them was the realisation that no matter where you go in life, some relationships are meant to stay.
It was a day filled with fun, friendship and food. What more could one ask for?
